Disney World reabre después del huracán Ian y la gente inundó Twitter con quejas
El lugar más feliz del mundo reabrió sus instalaciones este viernes 30 de septiembre, tras el paso del huracán Ian en Florida, y la gente está inundando las redes sociales con reacciones no tan amistosas.
El jueves por la noche, los Parques Disney Anunciado que Walt Disney World Resort estaba reanudando sus operaciones de parques temáticos y Disney Springs en un procedimiento por etapas.
“Estamos viendo los impactos del huracán Ian en Florida y estamos pensando en nuestros vecinos en Florida Central y en todo el estado. Pronto compartiremos más información sobre nuestro plan para apoyar los esfuerzos de ayuda para nuestros vecinos de Florida”, se lee en el comunicado.
Esta revelación generó de inmediato reacciones entre los usuarios de Twitter, quienes en su mayoría no estaban de acuerdo con la reapertura de Disney en medio de las secuelas de un desastre natural.
Muchos comentarios se centraron en los empleados del parque.
“Demasiado para preocuparse por los miembros de su elenco. Su codicia es inconmensurable. Es repugnante”, usuario @didistammer tuiteó en respuesta.
“¡Dé a sus empleados un maldito descanso!” usuario de Twitter @propositoviajero escribió.
“Todos ustedes saben que los caminos a Disney para ir a trabajar están completamente inundados, ¿verdad?”, Usuario. @samnugget69 tuiteó.
Según un actualizar dado por Disney Parks a las 8:30 a. m. EST del viernes, Magic Kingdom Park estaba programado para abrir a las 10 a. m., EPCOT a las 11 a. m., Disney’s Hollywood Studios al mediodía y Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park a la 1 p. m.
Además, Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf también estaba programado para reabrir el viernes a las 3 p. m., mientras que ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex está programado para operar de 5 a 8 p. m.
El parque acuático Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon se cerrará temporalmente con una reapertura planificada el domingo 2 de octubre.
